After struggling with addiction for most of his life, Bryan finally found hope through the program of AA. Embracing the principles of honesty, open-mindedness, and willingness, he then committed to a spiritual program of recovery. After roughly 1 year of sobriety, and experience managing another sober living home, Bryan accepted a leadership role at Turning Point as the Plano House Manager. Successfully completing 18 months of service along with continuous sobriety, Bryan was finally able to make a full transition back to his home, with his wife and teenage daughter. As one of our most celebrated and experienced alumni, Bryan was offered the position of Sober Living Director, a title we’re all incredibly proud of. Turning Point would not be where it is without the wholehearted commitment of men like Bryan Janes.
